Dear Sir,

 

My Name is Sumit

 

 I am Having an account and I am using online banking with my Salary account and for last 3 month i did wrongly online transfer in your  when i get the information on this i write a complaint on 5/6/2015 and they sent a mail to your but they didn, t reply. and again today i go my home branch for same complaint. they said we sent a mail and we are still waiting. so i am still confuse is the procedure to help a customer whose harder money is transfer in wrong account. sir please help me to get back my money.
