Misuse of my PAN on Form 26AS?

Question

I am an income tax  While filing my return for assessment year 2015-2016, I noticed that against my PAN, the Form 26AS shows the I was paid Rs 23440 and that an amount of Rs 2346 was deducted as tax from this amount. I am a customer of the  but I have no connection with their The deductor is From the income tax website I have traced the deductor as a branch o but I am not able to trace the particular branch who made the wrong entries. Though I tried to contact a few branches in  nobody was picking up the phone. I want to know which branch of
