My refund not received?

I Shiv Kumar Bhardwaj ordered items on flipkar worth Rs 28080 via 6 months emi on credit card but due to some reason it got cancelled. I contacted the flipkart for refund they told me it was done from their side but I don't see cancellation on credit card statement they also gave me bank reference number about it. I tried to call bank but no one seems to help

Bank would automatically credit your card account, if the refund is received by them from Flipkart.  Firstly, you need to make sure that Flipkart made the refund and if they have given you the relative reference number, the refund would get reflected in your next credit card account statement.  Please note that the refund would not come into your normal / savings account with the bank.  Any refund on account of cancellation of credit card online payments, would invariably get credited to your card account and not otherwise.  Please await your credit card statement and check for the credit.  If your mobile alerts are active, if the refund comes, you would certainly get an alert too regarding the same.
