For change mobile number?

Sir I am a bank account holder of your bank I want to change my Register number what is the process of that please help me in I have also went to the bank but they are saying that this is the online process we can do this online but sir I dont know about your online process please help me in this matter my mobile has stolen I dont want anybody to read my banking related mails and msgs please sir change my no as soon as possible I have already submit my new number in branch.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any query / complaint / grievance in respect of financial services.  This site does not belong to any Bank or a Regulator, which may please be noted.

As stated by the bank officials, you can very well change / modify registration of your mobile number online.  But the bank officials can not refuse to accept your request for change of mobile number.  If you are not able to get the change effected through bet banking, submit 'CRF' [customer request form] to your nearest branch requesting for change of mobile number.  If the front desk officials are not cooperating / refusing, you should meet the branch in-charge and apprise him your request and also the refusal by his/her staff.
