Credit card alloted without consent and application?

I have complaint against my Bank Credit Card, they have try to allot me  Bank Credit Card without my consent and Application. I have never apply for credit card and does not contacted to any of the person for  Bank Staff, I have also made complaint to Customer Service Centre of  Bank, and also filed complained to NODAL OFFICER of Bank & PRINCIPAL NODAL OFFICER of Bank but does not received any response. you can ascertain from apppended trail mail, that how, I have follow up with them & they are not responding to my mails or calls. In addition to this, as on Today 3: 30 P.M. I have received the Call from Mobile of BLUE DART courier's delivery Boy ask me for the address confirmation of BANK Credit Card delivery. I have denied and told him that I have never applied for Credit Card and Refuse to accept Delivery of Credit Card.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator, which may please be noted.

As regards issuance of credit card without application, you will have to approach Banking Ombudsman/Consumer Forum for resolution of grievance as Bank is not responding.
