Not giving medical benfit?

Sir, this is to in form u that my mother is about 93yrs old, she is geting pension from central govt.(Defence), her  After checkig her a/c i have come to know u r not giving medical allowence as per rule from the beging, Therefore, pls see in matter and try to credited full amount as per rule as soon as possible, Thanking you,

As regards payment of medical allowance, you will have to check the Pension Payment Order. If there is a provision of payment of medical allowance in PPO, you approach the respective pension paying Bank with PPO. If that is not incorporated in PPO, you will have to approach Pension Revision authority for getting medical allowance incorporated in PPO.
