Hi,
my name is ramnath rathod, i have 3 lacs personal lona against bank
i paid all money only 60,000 is left.
The man from bank name manoj shrivastav
he continuous call to my office all land line number using abuse words to my senier employees,
he is doing same thing from last 8 days.
The company is fire me because of only manoj shrivast.
I went  bank on monday dated 12.10.2015,bt he said he will not give any receipt for payment and not give any noc for same.
On monday we will also meet mr.iftihar mihir ali, he also not help us,everthing in bank nirala bazar office,no one can help us.
Even we are ready to pay remainint 60,000 + amount for closing, but manoj said that he want 2 lacs until & unless he will continue call to my office.
We was requested so many times but manoj use only abuse words,and also said that he will kill me if i will not paid money,even though he was continues calling in my pune office(elica) from last 8 days.
He is also call to my brothers,sister,father,& frends & use abuse words,
now we are small family,we can't take any thing more.
Kindly request you please look in to matter &resolve isues.

Me & my family scared so many, we have fear to receive any calls,
im came from pune to aurangabad only fear of mr manoj shrivast.
I'm begging you from my heart please look into matter, cause i have wife & sone aslo family, now my job is gone only formanoj doing call in my office.
So please look into matter,

Dear Ramnath,

Firstly, I would like to clarify that this site is not of any particular bank or regulator. This platform has been created by a group of banking professionals for  providing guidance to customers of banks for resolution of  grievances through proper channel.

As regards your complaint, I would like to inform you that no banking guideline or regulation allows use of abusive language or threat of any kind in the process of recovery of loans or settlements.  You have to protest the highhanded approach of the agent concerned in strongest terms. You can even register a police complaint against the agent concerned on the grounds of mental torture, invading your privacy, abusive and threatening language. But before resorting to this, you may take up your grievance with the appropriate  authorities of your bank.

In the above  regard you may follow the process indicated below.

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)
