Reverse the charges for not maintaining the AQB rs 6602.58?

Dear sir
I am having saving account No xxxxxxxxxx5282 in city centre Gwalior Branch and noted that you have deducted rs 6602.58 in my account as AQB charges.
Please note that this happen unknoingly and i keep promise to you rhat this will not be happen again.
so kindly reverse the amunt in my saving account rs 6602.58
Please do the same and obelige me.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Clarity / details missing in your mail.  I don't think that Bank would have deducted Rs.6602.58 towards AQB charges in one go.  Is that you have added all the AQB charges debited in your account and mentioned the sum?  If so, the charges were being levied in your account for quite a long time and you chose to represent only now?

Shall be glad to have more details on the charges deducted by the bank, so that an appropriate solution / guidance can be extended.
