Debit card complaint?

Question

Now a days bank peoples become a lazy because I taken debit card and they said with in 48hrs its will be activate but its almost 8days over but still not activated..? so sad am actually am in Bangalore my branch is in Chickjajur, if I tried to keep some money for my account here they says u cant deposit here even for withdraw also then what can I do I cant go again my native that's y I applied for debit card but it is not activated...feeling bad about this bank. - Prathibha Patel 16.11.2015

Dear Prathibha

These days, your request for any banking requirement, can be handed over at any of the nearby branch, since they are all on 'core banking'. Besides, the activation of debit card should not take that long.  If your debit card is still not activated, please walk into any nearby branch of your bank and handover a written complaint under proper acknowledgement.  I'm sure, your debit card would get activated within couple of hours.
