Complaint - ATM Card Issue?

I tried to withdrawal 4000 Rs 1st time through my bank ATM card on 24.10.15 evening, I didn't get money from machine, but got a transaction slip mentioning " Unable to Process" and second time I tried to withdrawal 2000 Rs, the 2nd time also I got transaction slip mentioning " Unable to Process" but amount (Rs.6000) has been deducted from my account. 2 days later 6000 Rs has been credited to my AC back. But the thing is I've been charged 35 Rs as a penalty for not maintaining the MIN BALANCE. WHY I SHOULD PAY FOR OTHERS MISTAKE, I DIDNT GET MONEY FROM ATM, AFTER 2 DAYS ONLY I GOT THIS MONEY BACK TO MY AC. Actually bank has to pay 2 days interest for 6000 Rs to me Instead of deducting penalty.

This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please give a written complaint to your home branch, seeking reversal / refund of the charges.  The bank would check the reason for the levy and shall respond to your accordingly.
