Self Credit history provided to Bank showing unresolved credit balance?

In the month of July'15, i have applied for credit card from Bank. On 099.08.15 I have received a letter from bank credit cards section, mentioning that, privies credit history provided by the credit bureau showing some unresolved credit balances, hence credit card cannot be issued. When i have asked about the details, bank advised me to approach credit bureau. So kindly let me know the details of my unresolved credit balances for further nacesray action from my end. Dear Rao

Your credit score is to be sought from CIBIL.  Their website would assist you, in obtaining your dues, if any reported to CIBIL by the banks / FIs.
