Cheque collection is delayed?

Cheque had been submitted on date 25/11/2015, bank konathukunnu it is not cleared till date please take more concern on this matter and do help me

Hi Raajshree,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is not clear whether the cheque deposited CTS or non CTS? Is it payable at par at any branch or outstation cheque required to be sent for collection? Further, where was it deposited. At home branch, host branch or ATM drop box. Depending on the above, you need  to follow up. You may seek the help of your home branch to track the matter.
