Delayed in amount deposit?

On 4th Dec.2015, Amount of rs.2600 was deposited in my account in your customer service centre (bara chakia) Branch, but it was not deposited within the time. When i complained about it to that service centre, it was deposited on 29th Dec.2015, after 25 days.it is criminal offense towards the customer and also to the bank.I complained about it before bank manager CODE- 00291. He expressed grief but not took any action. Please lodge my complaint and take proper action for benifit of customer and also for the bank. Thankyou.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The bank is liable to compensate you with interest payment of minimum 4% for the delayed period of credit.  Do complain to your home branch regarding the same and demand for the interest payment.  You may alert the seniors of the bank, so that the erring officials can be admonished.
