Sir, i purchased one item on 17/11/2015, After my pay through my bank DEBIT card iue to some technical problem i am un able to complete the payment process. Therefor, i canceled my order for i got the massage  i will get my cencalled of Rs. 666/- with in 2-3 to my back account. Till now i have not get any refund amount from You please help me to get back my above amount K.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You mentioned that the order was cancelled and refund would be made in 2-3 days, which indicates that your payment was successful and there was no technical problem.  As per your online instructions, the bank made payment to the vendor.  Now, you are required to take up the refund issue only with the merchant and not with the bank.  Do pursue for refund with agency.
