Dear sir/madam, I'm one of your customer facing prob with your team. I have deposited a ac payee bank cheque  with the name of UTSAV KUMAR CHAUDHARY at one of your branch located sec 43 unitech park nr huda city center gurgaon After 3 days I got an sms that the cheque has been dishourned due to some reason n dispatched to my mailing address. Some how it also not deliver to my address n return back to my home branch C 1/4 janakpuri Delhi. Dear Customer, Returned Cheque got undelivered from your mailing address and is sent to branch on collect it from your branch after 3wkg days.) I have confirmed before visiting to my home branch as I'm staying at Gurgaon n its not possible to go there again n again from here" your call center confirmed me that the cheque has been delivered at my home branch n can be reveived from there in other hand I also told him to raise a req to transfer my ac to gurgaon. The same has transfered as well but when i went to the branch On mondaythey told me that your cheque is not received yet...where as i indicated through sms . how is it possible...!!! Now it's been 1 week passed since the chq dispatched & still I'm  struggling with your team for the same.  Sir ..it is humble req you to pl help me out of this as I'm fully tired to run pillar to post each n everyday. For any issue or clarification do let me know. Thanks & regards Utsav chaudhary

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The bank is under obligation to return the cheque to you.  Given your mail, I assume that the returned cheque must still be lying with your earlier home branch.  Speak to the officials of both the branches for locating and sending the cheque back to you.  In the absence of any response, you may complain to the management of the bank, whose Nodal Officer's details would be available on their website.
