Someone took, my atm card and branch manager took no action?

I am from rayachoty, andhra pradesh went to kolkata on some business work on 19th this month. There someone replaced my atm card with his and later drew 30, 600.i donot know how he got to know my pin. then i went to the nearest branch(ramnagar) and told the manager what had happened, but he took no action. please take some action

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. The incident narrated by you is not believable.  Someone took your card, when you went to Kolkata, replaced it with another ATM card and then withdraws cash, whereas the PIN is known only to you.  You have also not made any police complaint, when a huge amount of Rs.30600/- was said to be fraudulently withdrawn from your account.

Mr Vishnu, please check the authenticity of your statement and then you may approach your home branch with a complaint.  You are also required to file a police complaint.  Post investigation by both the Bank and the Police, you would get a revert on the factual status.
