 my ACCOUNT no 30741741294 in  SAMBHAR lake I have submission 2 time application in silver card ND benfits OF PMSP ACCOUNT holdier . I'm already PMSP account holder but staff of  SAMBHAR lake not about of PMSP account nd binifits of PMSP account . I reqst my account transfar SAMBHAR lake code no. 0712 to sbi MAL CODE NO 2084 PLZ

Dear Raghunath,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Instead of seeking transfer of your account as a solution to the perceived service related issue at your bank/branch, I would suggest you to meet with the branch manager and explain your problem. I am sure he/she will extend you required cooperation.

You must fight for your right as a customer. If you are getting satisfactory response you ask for complaint register (every branch is mandated to maintain one) and record your complaint and insist on an acknowledged copy.  Also make it clear to them if the complaint is not resolved you would take up with their Head Office/Banking Ombudsman. With these steps I am sure you will get solution to your problems.
