Not providing subsidies on education loan?

Dear sir/madam, I am anupriya rani, have taken a education al loan during study 2009-2013.according to HRD or central government, I should be eligible for subcidy on educational loan(because belongs to less than 4.5 lakh per year family income as well as from other backward caste).But my bank doesn't give me the subcidy as well disguide me.I had written a complain also but till now no response.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The subsidy has to be released / given by the Government and NOT the bank.  Did you represent and request the Govt that you availed an Educational Loan and to release the announced subsidy?  If not, take it up with the government first.
