Salary Account Complaint?

Dear Sir My name is arpit garg. I was working bank Vaishali Branch. But after .completing 1 month my salary was not given by bank. Bank manager said wait for a month. This salary will be credited with next salary in next month. But next month salary was not credited. So now I left the bank. Doing working somewhere else. But I want my salary of 2 month. Please do something in it.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Your complaint is very unusual.  The banks would always credit the salary of their employees right on the penultimate day of the month.  Not able to understand, why a bank would default on crediting salary for two months to one of their employees.  Please meet up with the branch manager of your ex-Bank for a clarification and request for release of the salary.
