On December 31, 2015 I have withdrawed Rs 3000/- using my bank debit card in Bank Subramaniyapuram branch ATM and I not received the money. I am requesting to recredit the money in my account.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You should be forthwith submitting a written request to your home branch, informing that even though the ATM has not dispensed cash, your account has been debited.  The bank would cross check the genuineness of the dispute through their switch report, cash reconciliation report etc and shall revert to you.  You may also ask the branch to show you the CCTV footage of the relative transaction.
