Dear Team I am holding an  account number 63024614381 with Shakti Nagar Branch Bhopal.
On 20th of December 2015 (Sunday )at about 9 to 10 am, I did a transaction of Rs 10, 000/-from  your bank  ATM at Saket Nagar 9/A, BHOPAL, along with my husband, but the amount was not received from ATM machine nor the slip was received from the machine, but later on SMS alert showed successful transaction .
We were surprised to see that the transaction was successful, even without receiving money and the receipt of transaction. Then on Monday, we informed home branch about the same and they asked to wait for 48 hrs for the reversal entry and we waited nothing happened hence, we gave complaint in writing. Now after about a month they said since the transaction was successful, so they cannot help. We also went to ombudsman, they verbally replied the same.I will be grateful to you and request your help in this matter.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Did you submit a written complaint to Banking Ombudsman or just spoke to them verbally.  If it was just a verbal inquiry, the best course would be to lodge a written complaint, so that BO can look at the case in it's totality.  If you feel that you have a strong case, especially supported by CCTV footage of not being in receipt of the cash withdrawal amount, may contemplate to approach Consumer Forum.
