I went to an atm of bank to withdraw some money but this transaction and slip came out saying sorry amount was 10000 but this amount has deducted from my account this happens on Saturday on Monday I went to the bank for correction. Bank Manager said correction will come in few days. But till date. Money has not come back to my account.. Transaction No. 4064 dateed 29/03/2014. I am a taxi driver so l have to go on duty every day one day i listen about this site on radio then I thought that I can also fight for my money

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Since it was an ATM transaction and dated 29/03/2014, your bank would not be able to help you out.  Such ATM cash withdrawal disputes should be brought to the notice of the bank within 6 months.  Any complaint made to the bank after 6 months could be considered by them on good faith basis.  Hence, you need to check with your bank branch.
