Misbehavior with senior citizen who is respectfully retired from Indian army?

Respected Sir, 
Most respectfully I here by submit few lines which may bring good name to your organization and get rid of misbehavers people who are bringing bad name on you. For last few months ATM location at your bank  Telibag Branch, Rai Bareilley Road, Lucknow are not providing bank A/C details after withdrawal of cash. On 16 Jan 2016 there was no guard at ATM, I met Mr. R.k. gupta administrative manager and informed him of the fact. He replied in very arrogant and undecent way that is not his responsibility, rather private contractor who is responsible to put blank receipts in ATM. In anger he gave me one full scape paper and said go away and write down my problem.
I felt very much embarrassed and insulted in front of very junior bank staff. Being very respectfully retired from INDIAN ARMY as a junior officer and secondly a senior citizen such an insult by a bank officer is not asper the ethos of banking mannerism, for such most misbehaviors attitude, under the provisions of Indian penal code 332, 352 and your banking rules, most stringent punishment be awarded to R.k. gupta, administrative Manager, so that he may not dare misbehave with bank customer in future. I would like to give special comment on him he is the most misbehaviors employee of your bank in all india level.
After processing the case, out corn of the decision may please be intimated to me at the earliest.

This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I understand your concern.  Please address your concern / grievance to the Nodal Officer of the bank, who would initiate corrective measures.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website. In case you do not get desired response, please do not hesitate to write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.

At the outset please note that this site is managed by a group of Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers to raise any complain/query in respect of financial services and to advise them suitably for resolution. This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank.

Banking being a service industry, no staff should misbehave. Please do not tolerate this type of bad behaviour and follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online furnishing the details.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman within your jurisdiction (either through letter or email), whose website is https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/
