Bank ATM card is not received from 2 months?

I opened my saving bank account in your bank, Palghar Branch 2 months back. But I have faced so many problems just to get my passbook and chequebook.
 

The service provided by staff is very poor. They don't understand the seriousness about people if we have opened bank account, we have some emergency. I have visited the bank thrice just to get all my bank documents which still I did not receive. When we call them they just say it will reach in 7 days which is not happened from last 2 months. Kindly guide me what should I do?

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

It is unfortunate that your bank has been so insensitive not resolving such a basic issue that too after repeated follow up. Please don't be at the mercy of the bank. I suggest you to forthwith escalate the matter to Nodal Officer of the bank through email or letter. Contact details of the Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.

I am sure the Nodal Officer would intervene and get the matter sorted out to your satisfaction.
