For ATM Debit Card?

Dear Sir, 
I have an account in Your Bank and I am using ATM debit card of that bank but that card is not useful for any online services. They can't any valid answer or can't give a such response of this kind of problem. I told their clerk a twice but he said that is not our fault, that problem is "Head Branch". They can't guide to solve this problem.

This site does not belong to any Bank nor a regulator and we can not take up your case directly with your Bank.

Please meet the Branch Head of your branch / nearest branch of your Bank and discuss the problem with him. At this stage, I have to presume that most probably the said card is an "ATM Card" but not "Visa / Master Debit card" due to  which you are unable to do online purchase.
