Deducting money from savings account?

I am a account holder (XXXXXXXXXX1091 ) . On JAN 5, 2016 343.50 And 171.75 total amount of Rs.514 has been deducted from my savings account as "AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS 2015 & AMB CHRG INCL ST & CESS 2016" . also on . now i want to revert all money deducted from my account.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

The charges are understood to be levied regarding non-maintenance of minimum average balance in your account.  Your recourse is to approach the branch officials / manager and request for reversal with an undertaking to maintain requisite minimum average balance in future.
