Wrongly deduction of money from my account?

Updating my pass book on 05/05/2016, i noticed that there is a transaction on 10/04/2016 for rs.6229.45 vide pos 041016776114 mops-sbc-0ur-card-dr this is not transacted by me in any case and i request you to revert back the amount in my account immediately. Ienquired in my branch and they said that you have to take up the matter with customer care
