Dear Sir/Mam, My name is Naskar. I m existing Customer Of your bank My home branch is : Gocharan, Vill/P.O: Khakurdah P.S : Jaynagar.PIN: 743337 MICR: 700002000 . My problem is when ever i visit to our branch the manager of this branch misbehave and talk like uneducated person and don't want to help us with proper information. I have been visiting to the branch to block my ATM from last one week but the manager deny to accept my application, and tells me to go to other staff which she is having but all other staff is same as manager . please help.

This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I suggest you to bring the issue to notice of the Nodal Officer of the bank for redressel. Contact details of the Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
