Lost authorization password for netbanking?

I having a/c with 499 Mumbai- Santacruz (East) bank (kalina market ) Santacruz (East) branch, misplaced my authorizes password for netbanking.. My A/c no: 7825. I request you to provide the authorization password and forward the same to my bank .

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

You cannot get duplicate password online or on the basis of email request. You  will have to visit your home branch and submit an application for regeneration of new password. Such a visit will give you an opportunity to understand alternative procedures if any followed at the bank for issuing duplicate passwords. Further, you can get all your doubts with regard to operation of internet banking clarified so that you can handle similar situations with ease in future.
