Complaint - Over Bill?

Question

I receive bill of rs 1746 in the name of c.p.p. whenever i have not used the credit card since more than one year . I also not given consent for continuation for membership to any company . I have also asked by the authorties of bank that if I had not used the card for six months the card will automatically deactivated.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Not using the credit card for 6 months, would not deactivate the same.  It would still be active, unless blocked or cancelled by the bank.  Please get in touch with your bank officials to understand the factual status and thereafter, take it up appropriately.
