Complaint - Harassed By Bank?

My name is Vikas Jindal. I am working in  technologies and i am corporate employee. My father named Mr. Prem Raj Jindal is holding a/c in your bank with company name Hanuman traders and a/c number is 3483527194 for more then 4 months now and my father has requested for internet banking for more then 3 months however whenever he asks for user id and password to be provided they come up with answers of please come next week and we will give you. Every next week my father requested for same as promised by them they said renovation work is going on in bank and we have only 2 staff person working in new subzi mandi branch and we don't have time to look at internet banking details as that is kept somewhere due to renovation work and when this same problem kept on going for few weeks, i went with my father to request for same and they talked so rudely and told me to come after 10 days and then only they will give and in meanwhile i can complaint anyone and they don't bother and when my father went after 10 days to branch for banking details they told him to wait since 12.30pm until bank closes and then they said there is not sufficient balance in a/c and they will only give respective details when we provide funds in a/c however i like to raise my concern that if this is bank procedure then why in the first place bank opens a/c without minimum balance and if they do for customer then why don't they provide following information to their customers so that customer can check themselves online and maintain the minimum balance . Bank also charges customer if respected balance is not maintained then why this delay in providing just little information . My father is being harassed for more then 3 months by your concerned branch and i have never came across such behaviour by your bank in past as i believe central bank tries their best to provide best ever service to their customers then why in this case my father has to suffer just for having polite nature. Kindly look into this at earliest and help ! Please help !

Please mail your concern / complaint to the Nodal Officer of the bank, who looks into the grievances.  You can find contact details of Nodal Officer on your bank's website. In case you do not get desired response, please do not hesitate to write to BO. For address of the Office of the Banking Ombudsman, Area of Operation (jurisdiction) and the procedure for lodging complaint, you may access the website https://bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in/.
