Relocated to usa and i cannot make transactions due to otp?

Hello I've been an your bank customer over 8 years now, and I had relocated to USA a year back.
The phone number I had given for OTP is not there anymore. Now, I'm stuck with the funds in my account, as there's no phone which means no OTP. I really don't understand their security feature, I accept its an extra level security provided, but not at the expense of trouble to its international customers. Is there a way that OTP will be sent to my USA mobile? I spoke to the customer care and they said it could be done only if I go in person. Is there a way that it could be done online / over phone?

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Generally, for security reasons, such requests would not be accepted / considered online or over phone.  If you are not able to visit the branch in near future in person, may send a written request to them giving your relocation details, which the bank has to take cognizance of.
