Sir / Madam, I bring this credit card against my salary Account. When I take it your bank Executive told me that your credit card free from all charges. And bank also gave you 1500000/(fifteen lack) accidentals insurance with salary account. But recently I received mail from your side that joining fees is pending and should be deposit in time. Please clarify this card is free from all charges or not. Please solve my problem and reply soon. And please clear it this card is free from all charges or not. Dipesh Mahendru

Please get in touch with the credit cards representative / salary relationship officer / home branch manager of the bank, whether your credit card is 'lifetime fee'.
