Hello sir, Jasmine D'souza

 I am  an account holder of your bank, 
 I open an savings account on 16/08/2015 but till now not receiving any letter for cheque book and ATM card. 
 I personally visit your branch but your officers
 behave very rudely and told we have nothing to do, 
if you want you close your account, we have enough customer if one is gone no matter.
 So sir I heartily request you please do needfully.

You have to approach Branch Manager and give the details and request to issue cheque book from the branch itself which is with in the powers of the Branch manager. The passbook also has to be provided which  BM will arrange to get issued. The regular cheque book which comes from their processing centre may come later. Please do escalate to BM.

nodal officer of the Bank handling customer grievances. The coordinates of the nodal
officer would be available on the Bank's website.

Please write to the nodal officer giving full details who would then resolve your
complain.
