Complaint - Transfer?

Question

I am transferred amount to bank from through net banking... Amont was debited from my account but not credited in  bank ..it status shows confirmation awaiting from bank...

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Be assured that if you have input correct beneficiary details like name of the beneficiary, account number, name of the bank, IFS code etc while making the transfer online, the amount would definitely get credited to the beneficiary.  You may check by speaking to the person, to whom you made the transfer.  The transfer would get effected immediately, unless it was initiated late in the evening and may get delayed if there are any intervening holidays/Sunday etc.  Please check the facts and may take it up again, if the credit has still not taken place.
