Dear Sir 

This communication is to express my interest 
regarding 
the accountant and the other staffs in the bank are not resolving our problems.
  They are unprofessional and shout on the customers. I went to unblock my ATM card. 
They were unable to process it n at last after wasting my full day told me to write an application. 
 After 5 days again i went to the bank now they are telling again to write an application.  
i requested them but they started shouting on me and told me that u come and sit on my chair
 n whatever u want u do
 The manager says go to the accountant and the accountant says go to the manager
 They are not helping the customers,
simply they waste their time.
The manager Surrenders himself saying he don't know anything. 
I request you to take immediate actions against these, because the customer is suffering.

You have to give with all the details of the facts of visiting branch to their controlling office with a copy to Head office which is available in the branch for reporting. Note to keep the POD or receipt of speed post for future correspondence.

neither any regulator. It is an earnest endeavour of a group of senior Banking
Professionals to resolve or provide solution to the Bank customers queries in
respect of financial services.

We would suggest you to write to the nodal officer - grievances, whose coordinates
would be available on the Bank's website. If you do not get response from the Bank
or you are not satisfied with the Bank response then you may approach Banking
Ombudsman for resolution.
