Today visit highway branch palanpur gujarat at 10 am no one was at cash counter till 10 15 am
when ask other no one was replying

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

While I understand your concern, I believe this is an issue to be sorted out talking with the Branch Head. Should there be no improvement in spite of your complaint, you may bring the unacceptable standards to notice of Nodal Officer of your bank for corrective action. You may send an email or letter. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the bank's website.
