Transfer is not done?

Hello Sir & Mam,

How long does it take to transfer money through IMPS Account and IFSC in  netbanking to ? Last time it took few seconds this time its MORE THAN 2 hour ..   money has been credited from  but not debited to my account.   There is no transaction time out or Transaction Failure message.

Hi Rahul,

Money through IMPS is transferred in online manner and happens immediately. If the amount has not been credited to the beneficiary, probably wrong details of the beneficiary had been given. Since your Banker is HDFC, Rajarhat, Kolkatta, please inquire with them immediately about the status of the transaction. If the amount has not been credited to the beneficiary account, the amount will be reversed back to your account along with the debited remittance charges within 5 days.
