Recharge via Mobile app of bank, Amount deducted from bank account, but Recharge not done?

I have recharged to My Mobile on the morning of 8th Sep 2015 through mobile app . The amount of Rs. 170/- & 222/- has been deducted from my balance but the Recharge is not credited to my mobile

Hi Nilesh,

Lodge your complaint with the Customer Service Cell, Kotak Mahindra Bank through email. If you do not receive satisfactory reply, for positive resolution, you may lodge your complaint with Banking Ombudsman.
