Amount debited Issue?

Hi,  This is Ahamed Bazeer. I am using food card  I was used my card on JAYAM SUPER MARKET on 20th Feb 2016 for RS 952. But the issue is debited same amount for twice from my account. 
I shared to all documents regarding this transaction. But nothing response get from bank. I don't this amount will refund or not. Now I am fearing to use your bank card.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed and managed by a group of Senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

Please given a written complaint to the bank, informing that you did only one transaction and asking fro reversal of the second debit.  However, prior to that you need to be sure that in ignorance, you have not authorized the two transactions.  If you have signed the swipe slip, ask the branch to show that both the slips got your signs.  If it was PIN operated, then of course, you can't insist for the same.  You can also check from the Jayam Super Market, whether they claimed the amount twice from the bank, to make yourself doubly sure.
