Impossible to contact Branch?

The branch at Sector 14, Gurgaon, lists landline number as its SOLE contact number. The bank staff refuse to give any other contact number, mobile or otherwise. But this number is also used by the bank for FAX, and is almost never accessible to the public. So, if a customer wants some simple information, s/he must personally visit the branch in these hot months at risk of suffering a heat stroke.
This is the ugly reality of the staff and the management of  bank irrespective of their media publicity initiatives launched from time to time to present the image of a very customer friendly bank.

Dear Mishra ji,

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I suggest you to take up with Nodal Officer of the Bank highlighting  your plight which is common to all other customers of the branch. Contact details of the Nodal Officer of the Bank can be found on the Bank's website.

You can also ascertain names of  members of the  Customer Service Committee of your branch and bring the issue to notice of anyone for remedial action. The Branch itself may not be in a position to solve the problem. But the pressure brought on the Bank by customers will certainly have positive impact.
