Worst services provided by your bank. As my loan application is still under scrutiny and their support staff are mentally and physically harassing me for document collection again and again. I would like to cancel my loan application no 3975.  I would also tell others not to have any association with your bank who is providing worst services to a 7 year old salary account holder of your bank  as well as credit card. Please revert back at the earliest or else close the application. This is mental agony at its worst through the hands of  bank Customer support staff and officials. At a time when banking industry is crumbling under pressure to perform the careless attitude of  your  staff towards their customers is not at all acceptable and it is shameful on bank part to harass their customers. Please do the needful at the earliest as i hope you will do after this response.

At the outset, let me clarify that this site is designed by a group of senior Banking Professionals to assist Bank Customers at large to provide guidance for resolution of any complain/query/grievance in respect of financial services. This site does not belong to any Bank or a regulator, which may please be noted.

I am afraid the issue raised by you does not qualify to be service related. However, you are within your right to highlight the mental harassment you have narrated in your complaint. You have got the right to withdraw your loan application to end the matter. In this regard I suggest you to take up with Nodal Officer of your Bank through email or letter. Please narrate the sequence of events and exact nature of your grievance for the Nodal Officer to take up with the concerned officials and provide you resolution. Contact details of Nodal Officer can be found on the Bank's website.
