Debit card shopping entry misplace?

debit card used at but machine showed as canceled but the customer received the massage but not credit toaccount

You stated that the machine showed the transaction as cancelled. If it is a cancelled / void transaction, JK Saree Mandir would not get the relative credit. I think, you represent JK Saree Mandir.  You have not mentioned, as to what sort of a message has been received by the customer. Check it out from the customer, whether his SBI account is debited with Rs.2000/-.
