Not received cash in atm but debit to account?

Question

Date -21/08/2015 time- 8.05 pm i withdrawal cash first in central bank of india's atm all processes complite but the and of time error login expire but rs.6000 debit to my state bank account but not cash received so i complain to customer care and i also regiter to this side

Dear Dilip, ATM cash withdrawals are VISA monitored and any dispute regarding non-dispensation of cash, should only be taken up with your Bank, who in turn would raise a charge back on the acquiring bank.  Post reconciliation of the relative ATM transactions and cash balances, that bank would reimburse the amount to your bank, if the withdrawal was found to be unsuccessful.

Hi Dilip

Since you have not received cash for having withdrawn from the ATM of Central Bank of India, you will have to inform in writing to your Bank where you maintain account. They will take up with the CBI and you will get credit if central bank atm machine has not dispensed the cash. You will have to take up with your Bank only.
