Annual Fee Charges?

Hi, Bank have charges annual Fee of Rs 750 as annual Fee. I requested them to revert these charges as I already informed them twice(Previous year) that I would not need card if you charge annual Fee.I have written communication of this. Since beginning of using these card, I have never paid t annual Fee. Now they are asking these Fee which is not ethical.

Hi Rajeev,

If you have written communication with you,  please follow the following steps :-

  1. Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.
  2. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)
  3. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)
  4.  If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)

Dear Sir,

Thank you very much for raising a valid query. You may take up the issue of reversal
of annual fees on credit card with the Bank's Call Centre. The contact numbers would
be available on the Bank's website. If you do not get resolution to your query, you
may escalate the issue to the nodal officer - grievances whose coordinates would
also be available on the Bank's website.

As a last resort, you may approach RBI/Banking Ombudsman for resolution of the issue.
