Regarding my pin number?

Respected sir or madam i here by inform you that i have open my sbi account before more than 1 year but i had not get my pin number when i go the bank the bank staff told me that your pin number is generate by delhi office and they send their pin number via speed post but i never get my pin number . so i request you to provide my pin number via email because bank staff could not behave politely they put up misbehave . i will be highly oblige for this kind of act. account holder name-narendra kumar sharma

Hi Nicky,

You have a valid grievance against the Bank.

Please follow the below steps :-

  1. Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.
  2. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)
  3. If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)
  4.  If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)

At the outset, let me clarify that this website is designed by senior Banking
Professionals to respond to the customer queries on the aspect of financial
services.

As regards your PIN, please explore the options of generating PIN either thru toll
free number or on the ATM. I presume that you are referring to ATM PIN in your mail.
In case these options are not available, you may escalate the issue to the nodal
officer - grievances of the Bank. The coordinates of the nodal officer would be
available on the Bank's website.
