Credit card not deliver?

Today customer care told me 100% deliver of my  credit card, I am available full day in the home but no body deliver credit card . I am very much unsatisfied with blue dart service very bad experience today. This is very bad impression on ur service, so please deliver on right time. Thank you

Hi Samim,

Since you have a way bill no. Blue dart, please phone the courier agency and find out the reasons for delay. If it does not respond / deliver within the next 2 - 3 days, please follow the below steps :-

1.    Go to your Bank’s website and search for grievance redressal (or similar name) button and submit your complaint online.

2.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

3.    If you do not receive any reply / satisfactory reply within 10 days from the Nodal officer, lodge your complaint with the Principal Nodal officer of the Bank (either through email or letter)

4.     If you are still not satisfied with the reply / do not receive reply from the Principal Nodal officer within 10 days, lodge your complaint with the Banking Ombudsman (either through letter or email)

Dear Sir,

At the outset, let me clarify that this website is designed by a group of Banking
Professionals to assist the Bank customers in respect of complains/queries on
financial service aspects.

As regards non-delivery of Credit Card by Blue Dart courier, I would like to suggest
you to access Blue Dart website with the help of airway bill number where
information about delivery of card would be available. In case of wrong delivery,
you may write Back to your Bank. Normally, Credit Cards ate delivered by Blue Dart
courier after obtaining identity of the receiver.
