Hi, I am attaching the whole email thread and bank has not reverted back to me properly. The case has been closed without my permission. Kindly help with the same. _________________________________________________________________________ Hi Shilpa, There is another issue with that I faced just now. My first complaint has not been resolved to the level f my satisfaction and there we go, I have another issue. After having a tiring day when I tried to actually pay my credit card bill using the mobile app (that's what i usually do), my mobile banking app tells me that i am not a registered user and that I will have to register again fr the mobile banking..! Like really? I had been using mobile banking app since ages now and all of a sudden this issue? How difficult is it to provide a decent customer service? Seriously the levels are appalling. I am going to upload all the issues on twitter until and unless they have been resolved. I never had any such problem with bnk

Dear Sanchit

To liquidate your FD for payment of credit card dues, you are required to surrender the physical FD receipt, duly discharged to the bank, unless the FD too was made on line.  Please do visit a nearby branch of the bank to get a clarification, since the customer care officials are not so intricately trained to troubleshoot all the complaints.  Since the problem seems to be net related, a quick visit to the bank would greatly help in resolving the issue and in avoidance of any late payment charges on the credit card dues.

As regards re-registration for mobile app and non-liquidation of FD online, if nodal officer has not been able to provide you satisfactory resolution you may take up the issue with Banking Ombudsman whose coordinates would be available on the Bank's website or RBI website.

 

As a last resort you may file a complaint with Consumer Redressal Forum.
