Coupons worth 5K not received?

Question

Got car loan from them and was promised vouchers from as soon as the bank approves my loan . Surprisingly Bank doesn't even have a customer care number. applied for a fresh loan to get in touch with customer executive .. did this more than times and every time i got a reply saying we will let you know. Pathetic service car loan application

You need to believe such offers, if they are made directly by the lenders/banks etc and not the agents/brokers.  Your only choice is, you may have to get in touch with the lender/bank, to whom the car loan application was made, to check on the correctness of the offer by Bank Bazaar.  It would be better to directly get in touch with the lender/bank for your car loan and negotiate for a better interest rate and discount on the vehicle, rather than looking forward to free vouchers.

As regards you complain about non-receipt of vouchers on approval of loan, I suggest you to post the complain on the relative site. You may approach Consumer Forum with the details of the case if the issue remains unresolved.
