Order Canceled Amt Debited but Not Credited my Account?

Question

I applied online for Recharges and paid Rs 500/- however after the payment i didnt received the confirmation and the page loading failed. i complaint them on mail and call but i am not getting any reply from there side My Refunded money will be Transfer in my Bank Account Till Date I m not recived my Money

Dear Mihir

You are required to take it up with the relative vendor to whom the recharge amount of Rs.500/- was paid.  Bank has no role to play, since the payment was made online by you.
